Design for easy fullfilling tasks People who depend on spoken texts only don't have a visual overview of a webpage or an app. They start at the top of the page and from there on they continue reading the page. By removing unnecessary information, create a clear website/app hierachy and focus on easy navigation to tasks you can help that person accomplish their task.
